What is the typical shipping lead time?
In-stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location and the selected freight carrier.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. This service includes inside placement, assembly in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. You can also log into your account on our website to view real-time updates.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Old Bones Co products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
Can I request fabric or material swatches?
Absolutely. We understand that texture and color are important. You can request swatches for most of our upholstered collections through our product pages or by contacting our support team.
