Laundered by Matt Green

Utah native Matt Green draws inspiration from the simplicity of molded form. Trained in hand-built ceramics, he now works primarily with acrylic, creating multi-layered canvases that incorporate paint, newsprint, and discarded fabric to explore texture and material depth. Handmade in Austin, Texas, his work reflects a continued interest in the relationship between structure and artistic expression.
