Marianas Statue

The glittering finish of our Marianas statue speaks to the wondrous mythology it's inspired by. According to Maori legend, the long Ikaroa fish created the Milky Way and is known as the "Mother Goddess of the Stars". In our depiction, Villa & House's designers aimed to capture that glorious spirit. Rendered in iron and topped with precious gold leaf, the Marianas features lovingly cast details, from shimmering scales to textured fins. Its elongated silhouette shines above a black marble base, just like a sky full of stars. It's a striking art piece that calls to seaside cottages and nautical themes, though its sophisticated craftsmanship and interesting backstory makes it a worthy conversation starter.
